OMg~! You have to check out this amazing place! Whenever we're heading to Seattle, we never miss a chance to stop here. You absolutely must give it a try! My personal favorite is the "Brisket Sullung Tang" - it's to die for. But honestly, everything on their menu is delicious, especially their handmade steamed dumplings and seafood pancake. 😍 It's a definite must-visit spot! The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Tip: Oh, and don't forget to treat yourself to their coffee. They have this charming old-school coffee machine that serves authentic Korean OG maxim coffee for just 25 cents. It's a nostalgic touch, just like some of the restaurants in Korea. After such a amazing meal, you can enjoy the amazing sweet coffee to top it all off!

Some of the best Korean sullung tang (ox bone broth soup) in the Greater Seattle area. This restaurant has been around the Federal Way area for a long time and is a favorite of mine and many others. This is a chain with a presence all across the country as well! Highly recommend the brisket sullung tang. Food The sullung tang is a must try when you come here with your choice of meat. I personally like the brisket but there is tongue or tripe as well. The soup is very clean and neutral when it first comes out so you can add the course salt and pepper found on the table to adjust to your liking. There is a choice between wheat noodles or sweet potato starch noodles. Both are super good but the sweet potato noodles is a classic combo with the soup. They give plenty of meat as well which is always nice. I got the 12 piece dumplings and they were alright. Plenty of filling in each one. The sweet dipping sauce is really good here though and separates it from other places with dumplings. The side dish kimchi and radish are also usually pretty good! Atmosphere The restaurant is definitely cozy and gives a nice warm feeling while you eat your soup. Tables will only really seat up to 4 people and there isn’t the option to combine tables or get a bigger table. Noise level can be a little loud. Really gives a Korean restaurant feeling. Pricing The prices are average for a sullung tang compared to other Korean restaurants that serve the same dish or other Korean soups. The seafood pancake is a little overpriced I think. The dumplings are still worth it at 12 pc for 14.99 for the portion size and taste. Service Service was fast and all the staff is very friendly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday night with full tables and a wait list they would check in to make sure everything was okay. English speaking here as well. Other The parking lot can be a little cramped since shared with other restaurant next door and not a ton of space around. Make sure to write your name on the wait list.

Very good milky broth! They have friendly service and serve complimentary barley tea. However, $16 for 2 cups of soup in a small bowl is a little pricey. I was still hungry. I appreciate a good bowl of great quality bone broth, but I wouldn’t come back here for the price. And $25 for a seafood pancake? No thanks. Save your money, look up the recipe and make it at home. These restaurants are becoming greedy now.

Serves Sullung Tang a traditional soup broth made of ox bone. Great meal for any time of day. Opens earlier than most places in the area. Choose either white or clear noodles. Brisket tongue, tendon, or a mix. Sprinkled with fresh green onion. A bit on the pricey side for me, but if your going for authentic bone broth, Korean style atmosphere, and hospitality then it’s well worth the price. I came at breakfast and the music was pleasant elevator or convenient store music. Like Animal Crossing music. Serves both cabbage and radish kimchee that are not that spicy nor sour, but great for an American palate. Greeted in Korean, most of the customer demographic speaks Korean, can switch to English easily. Immediately served with barley tea, and can ask for cold water if preferred.

The soup is legit and the pork steamed dumplings too. The seafood pancake is not great. Place is relative clean with lots of parking and decor okay. Avoid the bathroom. The problem is they are way understaffed and they prioritize take out orders. If they are not busy, the service is really good and they give you extras if you want. And even for one person they give you both kimchi.

Delicious and authentic Korean noodle soup😋 tastes like home!!! My sister and I got the beef brisket noodle soup and the flavor of the soup is light but so good. If you like stronger flavors I’d suggest adding a bit of salt gradually, which is what I did. It really helps to enhance the wonderful beef and soup flavor. Our soup (#1) as well as the #2 and #3 soup options come with rice and kimchi for free. The kimchi is home made and I can’t tell if I liked the cabbage kimchi or pickled radish kimchi more! The cabbage kimchi has a zing and spice to it, but the pickled radish kimchi has a wonderful sweet and sour aroma. We also got the steamed dumplings which were tasty🤤♥️ Pros: • delicious food • some orders come with free soup and kimchi side dishes • spacious free parking lot • fast service • nice calm ambiance, seating is spread out and I enjoyed the quiet conversations as white noise Cons: • might not be enough food for those with a bigger appetite, I’d suggest also ordering their amazing steamed dumplings!

Small menu which is great for deciding what you want! I highly recommend the seafood pancake. It’s definitely one of the better seafood pancakes I’ve had at Korean restaurants. The outsides are nice and crispy and it’s packed with seafood. It also holds its shape nicely. I also ordered the brisket soup and I like how it doesn’t come with salt. Instead, you have to add it yourself to your desired taste. Lots of brisket in here and the flavor is really good.
